Duathlon 2016: PH Asian Invitational & World Series

I RUN... 
I SWIM... 
I DON'T BIKE... for a nasty excuse - 
I don't own a bicycle! 


Think pro-cyclists would not recommend impulsive buying or immediate purchase. I attended Coach Kaye Lopez's (of Fit + Coaching) Cycling 101 (Camp 2) last Thursday, 18th August to relatively get ideas on how to ride a nice bike everywhere held at Bikers' Cafe.

Apart from exercise and fun, riding bike is also good for the environment but for our safety, we have to always assure the bike readiness - i.e. saddle, is it in a comfortable position?

I took a few notes while listening to Coach Kaye. Bike has only two wheels hence the primary concern is safety!

The rule of thumb - no helmet, no ride! Protect your brain ;) 
We have to stay visible and alert. 
Obey traffic lights and be in the direction of traffic!
