The Pre-Finals Weekend served as the last stop before the ultimate Superbods be revealed come 10th of April 2016 at The Palace Pool Club.

Planned activities was led by Jessy Mendiola and Elmo Magalona together with fitness and nutrition experts to encourage consumers more to stay physically fit and healthy; there was also a cook-out with Chef Nadine Tengco where delicious and very nutritious dishes were prepared while Elmo joined Coach Jim Saret and his team on a Fitness Session.

Adding delight to attendees and fans alike was the meet and greet with the 26 Superbods finalists, where everyone jostled for selfies and photo op sessions with their favorite contenders. 1. Naalala ko tuloy since I only started learning how to cook recently, I have a few cans of Century tuna. So what I have done so far is to cook spaghetti. After, I added tuna, Japanese mayonaise, Japanese sesame sauce, and ... I have yet to learn how to steam vegetables pero carrots and brocolli would work well.

  10. My son is a fan of tuna pasta. On some days, I only put in garlic, olive oil, mushrooms, and tuna. On other days, I add in cream. He loves both of them, though the 2nd one is more sinful.
