Day 78 of 366: Le Ching

I craved for some Tiangge (Flea Market / Bazaar) shopping two weeks ago so my family and I went to Shoppesville in Greenhills and Le Ching was an automatic choice because of our favorites - 


Chinese food is not complete without the Chili Sauce and Calamansi... 

Beef Wanton Noodle Soup

Most Chinese restaurant would blanch everything in a bowl right before serving but I was surprised to see how Le Ching presented their soup. I love it! Yes, it was my first time to try it: the noodles were fresh with flavorful beef shank cubes, wanton balls and rich broth (asking for extra soup is totally suggested and FREE) 

Pork Siomai - still yummy except that I find it too small now...

Beef Brisket Rice - this is truly one of the authentic in town. The beef is tender given that they obviously used tough cuts of meat. The sauce is so rich and tasty (my son demanded for extra sauce)! Perfect for sharing too. :)

Spareribs with Black Beans Rice - the ever popular comfort food of all! :) Steamed pork ribs served with dried fermented black beans.
