Day 22 of 366: Old Bay®

8:07:00 PM

We have tried this Old Bay Seasoning when hubby went to Baltimore, MD two years ago. This is marketed in the US by McCormick and very popular up to this day! It is commonly used as a flavoring for seafood and we've tried it as a topping for white rice and fried chicken. It comes in a powder form that makes simple recipe/s so tasty and delicious - as I've checked the ingredients: it has celery salt and spices (red & black pepper).  Based from a few research, some movie theaters offer Old Bay in the condiment section. Too bad, I missed to try it on popcorn, french fries, corn on the cob and even potato chips...

Two weeks ago, while preparing Dinner, I thought of using it to marinate chicken. But hey, I just realized that it's been 2 years... How long do spices last? LOL
I have tried S&R before and found nothing; I don't think we can find/buy Old Bay here!

I've checked their website, they have this 30% Less Sodium Seasoning... :) I want to go to Maryland, period!
